1. Please make sure that you have chosen course units of an appropriate level. (See information on playing levels, and check the description of the course unit.)
2. There are attendance limits on all course units. If either of your first choice units is full, you will be assigned to your second choice and informed.
3. Parents, partners or spouses will not normally be allowed to sit in on teaching sessions.
4. A processing charge of £10.00 will be deducted from any refund. Because of the necessity of accurate budgeting when planning events of this kind, a deduction of £25 will be made for cancellations less than six weeks before the event. No refund will normally be available for cancellations less than three weeks before the event, or for anyone who has attended any part of the course. Places on the course are not transferable to another person or another event.
5. Smoking is not permitted on the premises of Henry Box School.
6. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any application for places on the course or for concert tickets, and to refuse admission to any person.
7. The programmes are offered in good faith, but the organisers reserve the right to change them under unforeseen circumstances.
