Early 20th century oboe Maker Dore, Paris. Very simple, 12 keys including 2 octave vents and 1 covered hole for first finger left hand. Eb duplicated, lowest note B natural. Instrument just a shade over 20 inches long. In strong original (I imagine) case. Key work wood and pads all good. Unusual double hole like recorder for 3rd finger left hand. Side keys for right knuckle Bb and C. £75 plus P&P. UK

Mid-19th c. guitar-shaped French hurdy-gurdy probably by Thouvenet.
In good playing condition, recently overhauled by Chris Allen. Very stable instrument, good loud sound (much used by Ludlow Waites.) Includes good quality back-carrying gig bag.
