If you are sending us any type of package please use a bland description to avoid tempting the postman. "Dried goods" will always reach us. "DVD's" and "Christmas hampers" won't even make it through Darlington station. If you include a letter don't admit it, or you have to pay more. Make sure you wrap things well as the journey is convoluted and lengthy.

Phones will be intermittently switched on until we have sorted out reliable power sources. The best thing to do if we don't answer is to text us and arrange a time to speak.

It is really simple to use. It's best used with broadband but you don't need to have it. All you need is a headset with a microphone (cheap from Maplins).
